1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between PT Amanah Sewa Nanjaya ("Arental", "we") and users of our services ("Client", "you"). By using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated herein.

2. Scope of Services

Arental provides Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) solutions that include:

  • Digital device rental: laptops, printers, TVs/displays, and other IT equipment
  • Device delivery, installation, and configuration
  • Technical support and maintenance during the rental period
  • Replacement of damaged devices (subject to terms)
  • Device collection upon rental period completion

3. Rental Terms

Device rental terms include:

  • Minimum rental period is 1 month, except for event packages which can be customized
  • Rental prices are determined by device type, quantity, and rental duration
  • Payments are made according to the schedule stated in the contract (monthly/quarterly/annually)
  • Devices remain the property of Arental during and after the rental period
  • Rental extensions can be arranged with at least 14 days' notice before the rental period ends

4. Client Obligations

As a service user, you are obligated to:

  • Use devices for reasonable business purposes
  • Maintain devices in good condition and not make unauthorized modifications
  • Report damage or loss within 24 hours
  • Not transfer, sub-lease, or lend devices to third parties
  • Make payments on time according to the agreed schedule
  • Return devices in good condition after the rental period ends

5. Damage & Loss

Terms regarding device damage and loss:

  • Damage from normal wear and tear is covered by Arental
  • Damage from negligence, misuse, or accidents is the Client's responsibility
  • Device loss due to theft or negligence will incur replacement costs
  • Arental will provide temporary replacement devices during repair (for Arental-covered damage)

6. Contract Termination

Rental contracts may be terminated under the following conditions:

  • Normal termination: after the agreed rental period ends
  • Early termination by Client: subject to penalty fees based on remaining contract period
  • Termination by Arental: in cases of material breach by Client, including payment delays exceeding 30 days
  • All devices must be returned within 7 business days after contract termination

7. Limitation of Liability

Arental is not liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use rented devices. Arental's maximum liability is limited to the value of the applicable rental contract.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual deliberation, and if no agreement is reached, shall be settled through the South Jakarta District Court.

9. Changes to Terms

Arental reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notification on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
