Not required, but it helps if you already have: (1) number of units, (2) rental duration, (3) required laptop spec, (4) delivery location, (5) start date.
Yes. We cover all of Indonesia via H+1 to H+3 dispatch depending on location. Same-day coverage is Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) only.
Yes. Reserve a slot via WhatsApp first (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00). We will prepare a demo unit matching the spec you are after.
Arental accepts 3 payment channels: (1) direct bank transfer to BCA / Mandiri / BRI / BNI, (2) Virtual Account via BCA VA / Mandiri VA / BRI VA / BNI VA for automatic reconciliation (routed via DOKU; Midtrans, Xendit, or Flip available on the client finance team’s request), and (3) QRIS for fast payment from any bank and e-wallet (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay). For corporate clients on contracts ≥6 months, NET 30 invoice terms are available with a 12% VAT e-invoice (e-Faktur PPN) attached.
