What Drives the Price

5 Things That Move a Monitor Quote

Knowing these helps you rent the right class rather than the biggest screen.

01

Size

An 18.5"–19.5" monitor is the cheapest; 22"–24" is the office standard; 27" costs more and fits two windows side by side.

02

Resolution

Full HD covers office work and exams. 4K is a separate class for design, CAD, and editing.

03

Refresh Rate

Office monitors run at 60–100 Hz; the 180 Hz gaming class is priced for tournaments and gaming booths.

04

Duration

Daily for 1–2 days, weekly from day 3, monthly from 2 weeks, and 40% off on a 12-month contract.

05

Location

Delivery within Jabodetabek is included. Outside it, shipping is a separate line, spelled out before you agree.

+

What Does NOT Add Cost

Power and video cables, the dead-pixel and port check, delivery within Jabodetabek, and a replacement if anything fails.

How to Count the Days

Pick the scheme by how long the monitors stay, then multiply by the number of units.

Total = rate for the chosen scheme × number of monitors + separate lines (outside Jabodetabek)

  • 1–2 days: daily rate × days. A 24" monitor: Rp 50,000 × 2 = Rp 100,000.
  • 3–7 days: one weekly package. A 24" monitor: Rp 125,000 for the whole week.
  • 2 weeks or more: the monthly rate. A 24" monitor: Rp 250,000/month, or an effective Rp 150,000/month on a 12-month contract.

Worked Examples

Monitor Pricing FAQ

Common Questions About Monitor Rental Prices

The cheapest is a compact 18.5"–19.5" monitor: Rp 30,000/day or Rp 150,000/month. Classes above it rise with size and capability — 22" Full HD Rp 40,000/day, 24" IPS Rp 50,000/day, 27" Rp 70,000/day, 180 Hz gaming Rp 90,000/day, and 27" 4K Rp 110,000/day. Send the unit count, the work, and the duration on WhatsApp to +62 821-4777-2100 and we will work out the total.
Five things: (1) size — 18.5"–19.5" is cheapest, 22"–24" is the office standard, 27" sits above it; (2) resolution — 4K is well above Full HD because the panel and the work it serves are different; (3) refresh rate — a 180 Hz gaming monitor costs more than an office monitor; (4) duration — daily, weekly, monthly, or an annual contract; (5) location — outside Jabodetabek, shipping is charged separately. Brands within the same class generally do not change the rate.
Yes — per day is always more expensive than per month, because a daily rental carries the same delivery, pickup, and checks over a short period. At Arental, the daily rate = the monthly rate divided by 5. For 1–2 days use the daily rate; from day 3 use the weekly package, which is already cheaper than stacking daily rates; from 2 weeks use the monthly rate; and a 12-month contract saves 40%.
The monitor, its power cable and a video cable, a panel (dead-pixel) and port check before shipping, delivery within Jabodetabek, a replacement within 1 hour in Jakarta if anything goes wrong, and pickup at the end of the rental. For locations outside Jabodetabek, shipping appears as a separate line on the quotation.
For 3 days or more, take the weekly package: days 4 to 7 add nothing. For example, a 24" monitor: a weekly package of Rp 125,000 per unit, versus 3 × Rp 50,000 = Rp 150,000 at the daily rate. For 40 exam stations, the total is 40 × Rp 125,000 = Rp 5,000,000.
Monthly rental starts at Rp 150,000 for an 18.5"–19.5" monitor, Rp 200,000 for a 22", and Rp 250,000 for a 24" IPS. A 12-month contract cuts the rate by 40%: a 24" monitor becomes an effective Rp 150,000/month. A fit for project offices, training rooms, or extra desks in continuous use without buying monitors yourself.
There is no minimum unit count — we serve even a single monitor for one day, from Rp 30,000. The only thing to watch is timing: for a morning exam or event we deliver before it starts, so include the start time when you request a quote.
One quotation for monitors, PCs, keyboards and mice, and cables means one delivery and one invoice, and each item still appears as a separate line so you can compare the monitor price directly. For the PCs themselves, see the PC rental and PC rental pricing pages.
