M-0 · Project Kickoff

M-1 · Mid-Milestone / Commissioning-Ready

M-2 · Pre-Handover

No penalties — Arental's project-end workflow: pickup 30 days before handover, inventory verification, DoD 5220.22-M three-pass data sanitisation, and a Certificate of Data Destruction. A project rollover can be amended without terminating the contract. There is no penalty for returning units at a project end that aligns with the original contract term. Yes — two approaches are possible: centralised (the main contractor as the single billing entity for all subcontractors) or decentralised (an umbrella master agreement plus separate per-subcontractor contracts at a pre-negotiated rate). Both work. Approach 1 (centralised): the main contractor is the single billing entity for all subcontractors — Arental invoices the main contractor only, and asset tracking per subcontractor is handled internally by the main contractor. This suits EPC firms with tight subcontractor management. Approach 2 (decentralised): each subcontractor signs a separate contract with Arental at a rate already pre-negotiated by the main contractor (the umbrella master agreement) — each subcontractor pays for itself but gets the consortium price. Which one to pick depends on the client EPC firm's procurement structure. We are familiar with both schemes.
