ANSI lumens is the biggest driver — the brighter, the more expensive. The requirement is set by room size and ambient light: 3,700 lm for rooms with blinds, 4,000-6,000 for lit meeting rooms, 7,000-10,000 for halls and stages.

Laser vs Lamp

A UHE lamp is cheapest to rent for short events. Laser/LED costs more upfront but lasts ~20,000-30,000 hours, turns on instantly and needs no lamp swaps — cheaper overall for long-term daily use.

Resolution

XGA/WXGA is cheapest and fine for text slides; native Full HD is sharper for small text and video conferencing; WUXGA/4K is for high-resolution content and large screens. Higher resolution moves you up a tier.

How to Calculate the Total Rental Cost

Every Arental rate is derived from a single monthly anchor per tier, so the maths is transparent and consistent with the catalogue. The screen has its own event-package price; lenses and a technician sit on top and are agreed upfront.

Total = rate per period × number of periods × number of units + screen/technician/optional fees

  • Daily rate = monthly rate ÷ 5. Entry example: Rp 300,000 ÷ 5 = Rp 60,000/day.
  • Weekly rate = monthly rate ÷ 2. Entry example: Rp 300,000 ÷ 2 = Rp 150,000/week.
