South Tangerang (Tangsel) is now an autonomous city with a business gravity of its own, separate from Tangerang City. Its centre is BSD City — the Sinarmas Land planned city that houses Grha Unilever as an FMCG headquarters, large travel-tech offices, plus a cluster of startups and digital agencies at Digital Hub BSD. Around it, Green Office Park, The Breeze, AEON Mall BSD, ITC BSD and ICE BSD form a dense office-retail-MICE ecosystem.
Tangsel clients differ from those in Jakarta — many FMCG and consumer-goods MNCs that have moved offices to BSD, plus tech and travel companies that are more tech-savvy in procurement (mostly already familiar with DaaS) and more demanding on specs (the MacBook Pro M-series for devs, the ThinkPad X1 for brand managers and distribution teams). Alam Sutera with the Synergy Building, @HOM, IKEA and Living World, along with Gading Serpong (Summarecon-Scientia), rounds out the corporate-residential map. Bintaro Jaya and Bintaro Xchange in Pondok Aren serve as a fast-growing SME-corporate hub.
Delivery from our Kebon Jeruk HQ via the Jakarta-Serpong toll (JORR) to Tangsel takes just 30–50 minutes — closer than Tangerang City. BSD City and Bintaro are fastest (the BSD / Pondok Aren exits), with Alam Sutera and Gading Serpong slightly further. Tangsel’s proximity to Soekarno-Hatta Airport (about 30 minutes) also makes it home to many distribution offices and mobile teams.
