The Asset Management Dashboard

Every active rental client of Arental (PT Amanah Sewa Nanjaya) gets a private online portal at dashboard.arental.co.id — a single place to see which devices you are renting, their status, your billing history, and every change on your account. No spreadsheets, no chasing an email thread: the state of your rental is always one login away.

Summary

The Arental asset management dashboard (dashboard.arental.co.id) is a private web portal for active rental clients of Arental (PT Amanah Sewa Nanjaya). It has five main modules: Overview (a snapshot of active rentals, running invoices, and unpaid amounts), Active Devices (the units you are currently renting and their status), Billing History (every settled or verified invoice), Activity Log (a record of rental changes, payments, and unit replacements), and Rental History (rentals that have ended). Access is not self-service: accounts are provisioned manually by the Arental team for clients with an active rental. To get an account, message the Arental team on WhatsApp.

Who the Dashboard Is For

The dashboard is built for the person who has to answer, on the spot, "which units do we still have out, and are they all paid up?" — an office manager, a procurement or finance lead, or an IT admin running a fleet of rented laptops, PCs, printers, or displays across one or several offices.

Instead of pinging the Arental team for a status update, you open one portal and see it yourself: which devices are active, which invoices are running, what is still unpaid, and what has changed recently. It turns a rental relationship that usually lives in chat threads and PDF attachments into a clear, self-serve record — useful at renewal time and at audit time.

Five Modules, Honestly Described

These are the exact modules in the live dashboard navigation — nothing more is promised than what is there.

Overview

A snapshot of your rental at a glance: how many devices are active, how many invoices are running, the total running amount, and anything still unpaid — plus a quick table of your active rentals. The first screen you land on after logging in.

Active Devices

The list of units you are currently renting and their status — each device you hold, with the rental period and where it stands (active, near cut-off, overdue). This is the source of truth for "what do we still have out?".

Billing History

Every invoice that has been settled or verified, in one filterable list. Look back at what was billed and when, without digging through email — a clean paper trail for finance and for renewal decisions.

Activity Log

A record of changes on your account: rental changes, payments, and unit replacements. If a device was swapped or a payment verified, it is logged here — so nothing about your rental happens silently.

Rental History

Rentals that have ended — units that were cut off more than a week ago and not renewed. A complete archive of your past rentals with Arental, useful for procurement records and repeat orders.

Scoped to Your Company

You see only your own company's rentals, invoices, and activity — never another client's. Access is per-account and login-protected, so the data behind the dashboard stays private to you.

Getting Access

How to Get a Dashboard Account

There is no public sign-up form, and that is deliberate. Dashboard accounts are provisioned manually by the Arental team for clients with an active rental — the team creates your account and links it to your company's rentals so that, from the first login, the dashboard already shows the right devices, invoices, and history. You will not see a "Register" button anywhere, because there is nothing to self-register: an account only makes sense once you have units on rent.

The path is simple. Start (or already have) an active rental with Arental, then ask our team for a dashboard account over WhatsApp. We set up your credentials, link them to your company, and hand over the login for dashboard.arental.co.id. From then on it is self-serve — you log in whenever you need the current state of your rental.
