TV Class, Not Size

The rate follows the class — mid, premium, or commercial signage. Within a class a 43" and a 75" cost the same; size only decides which classes are available (85"-98" exists only in premium). So a large mid TV is often the most economical big screen.

Panel Technology

UHD/Direct LED is cheapest, QLED quantum dot above it, then QD-Mini LED/ULED with local dimming, and OLED for absolute black is the most expensive. Match the tech to your content, not the spec sheet.

Brightness (nits)

Bright venues — atriums, glazed exhibition halls, shaded outdoor booths — need high-brightness Mini-LED panels. An ordinary TV will wash out, so brightness, not just size, can move you up a tier.

Consumer vs Commercial 24/7

A daily-use event TV is far cheaper than a commercial signage panel built for 16/7-24/7 operation with a durable internal SoC. Rent signage only for permanent always-on displays.

How to Calculate the Total Rental Cost

TV rates have two schemes, and the maths differs for each: the event package is priced per day or per week by class; long-term rental is priced per month, with an annual discount. Delivery, install and a bracket/stand are already included in both.

Total = rate per period × number of periods × number of units + optional fees

  • Event package, daily = the class rate × days × units. Mid Rp 300,000, premium Rp 500,000, signage Rp 800,000 per unit per day — delivery, mounting, a standby technician and pickup included. Same rate for every size in the class.
  • Event package, weekly = 3 × the daily rate. Mid example: Rp 900,000/week — so from day 3 of an exhibition, the weekly package costs the same as or less than paying daily.
  • Long-term rental, monthly = the class monthly rate × months × units. Mid Rp 500,000, premium Rp 1,000,000, signage Rp 1,500,000 per unit per month — for a screen installed for at least a month.
  • Annual contract = monthly rate − 40% discount. Mid example: an effective Rp 300,000/month (Rp 3,600,000 per year per unit) — best for permanent signage and office displays.
