Projector Screen Rental Prices — Rates by Type & Duration

Because they are different products. The daily rate is an event package: our crew delivers, unfolds or assembles the screen, squares it to the projector, and comes back to dismantle and collect it — that cost is the same whether the event lasts one day or a week. The monthly rate is a long-term rental for a room in continuous use, with one delivery and one pickup. That is why the weekly package is priced at three times the daily rate (the audio-visual rental convention), and for a month or longer, the monthly rate is far cheaper.

Five things: (1) type and size — a tripod is cheapest, a large fast-fold costs most because its frame is large and needs two people to set up; (2) fabric — a rear-projection fabric differs from a standard front surface; (3) duration — a daily/weekly event package versus a monthly/annual long-term rental; (4) location — outside Jabodetabek, shipping and crew are charged separately; (5) mounting — a motorized screen needs a hanging point and power confirmed with the venue. The aspect ratio (1:1, 4:3, 16:9) generally does not change the price at the same size.

Yes, across Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek). The event package covers delivery, setup by our crew (a tripod in about 5 minutes, a fast-fold in 15–45 minutes with two people depending on size), squaring the screen to the projector, dismantling, and pickup. The carry bag, tripod legs, or fast-fold frame and legs come with it, of course. For events outside Jabodetabek, shipping and crew appear as separate lines on the quotation before you agree.

For an event of 3 days or more, take the weekly package: it costs the same as 3 days at the daily rate, and days 4 to 7 add nothing. For example, a 70" tripod screen: a weekly package of Rp 375,000, equal to 3 × Rp 125,000. For a 150" (2×3 m) fast-fold, the weekly package is Rp 2,400,000. If the event runs on for several weeks, compare it with the long-term monthly rate — usually cheaper.

The projector + screen event packages already match the projector brightness to the screen size: the Meeting Package (10–40 people) at Rp 185,000/day, the Classroom & Training Package (40–80 people) at Rp 300,000/day, the Seminar Package (80–120 people) at Rp 1,000,000/day and the Ballroom & Hall Package (120+ people) at Rp 1,200,000/day, with the HDMI cable, delivery, setup, and pickup included. A package price is the screen event package on this page plus the projector's daily rate, so you can still compare the screen price directly.

There is no minimum unit count — we serve even a single tripod screen for a one-day meeting, from Rp 125,000. The only thing to watch is timing: for a morning event we deliver and set up before it starts, so include the event start time when you request a quote.

Long-term rental starts at Rp 250,000/month for a 70" tripod screen and Rp 400,000/month for an 84"–96" tripod. A 12-month contract cuts the rate by 40%: a 70" tripod becomes an effective Rp 150,000/month. A fit for training rooms, project rooms, or classrooms in continuous use without buying a screen yourself.
