The Jakarta-Bogor run on the Jagorawi toll is one of the busiest corridors in Greater Jakarta. During the morning commute (06:00-09:00) and on weekends, when crowds pour towards Puncak, travel time can easily double. A vendor without a coordinated fleet departure schedule risks reaching the event venue after the participants have already taken their seats.
Arental manages Bogor delivery with early-morning fleet slots (departing Kebon Jeruk before 05:00 for morning events) and venue PIC coordination at least a day in advance. For Sentul — the hub of upscale-hotel corporate retreats — our delivery crew already knows the access routes into Aston Sentul, Royal Tulip and Pesona Alam Resort. In Cibinong and Citeureup, the team is familiar with industrial gates and plant loading schedules.
A real example: a Sentul client booked 50 units for an 08:00 morning retreat — the Arental fleet left Kebon Jeruk at 05:30, reached the hotel by 07:45, and finished setup 30 minutes before participants entered the room. The handover document was signed on-site.
To be candid about our limits: for last-minute weekend events with less than 12 hours notice, we cannot guarantee punctuality because Jagorawi traffic is so unpredictable. For weekend events, three days lead time is the minimum we recommend.
